cly88 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Malaysian Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "cly88" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" — refers to cly88.asia and the operating entity responsible for the website, products, and services available at https://cly88.asia.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cly88 platform.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on cly88.asia, associated with a unique username and verified identity.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a player's cly88 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), including real-money balance and any separately tracked bonus balance.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or free spin equivalents credited to an Account pursuant to a cly88 promotion.
• "Services" — all games, betting markets, products, and features made available through the cly88 platform, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, and lottery.

2.1 By accessing or using any part of the cly88 platform — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the cly88 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the cly88 platform and close your Account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC). cly88 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian MyKad (Identity Card), Malaysian passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. cly88 may also request supporting documentation including proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

3.4 One Account Rule. Each player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on cly88. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. cly88 may close all associated accounts and void any winnings upon discovery of duplicate registrations.

3.5 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All actions taken through your Account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify cly88 support immediately.

4.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 You agree not to share, transfer, or sell your Account or login credentials to any third party.

4.3 Accounts are for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, including operating an Account on behalf of a third party or as part of any betting syndicate using automated systems, is prohibited.

4.4 cly88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account that is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant Account fees may apply in accordance with the schedule published on the cly88 platform at the time of dormancy.

5.1 All Account deposits and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cly88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the cly88 cashier page at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary based on your account verification status.

5.4 Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the Account and that is registered in the verified Account holder's name. cly88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.5 cly88 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the cashier page. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional identity verification is required.

6.1 All promotions and bonuses offered by cly88 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must fulfil the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant promotion.

6.3 cly88 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where a player is found to have abused or circumvented promotional terms, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 cly88 may amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7.1 By placing a bet or wager on the cly88 platform, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or market in question and accept the odds or payout structure displayed at the time of placement.

7.2 Bets accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error may be voided by cly88. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your Account balance.

7.3 cly88 reserves the right to impose maximum stake and maximum payout limits on any bet, market, or game at its discretion.

7.4 For sportsbook events, cly88 will apply standard void and settlement rules in the event of postponements, abandonment, or other unforeseen circumstances. Specific rules applicable to individual sports and markets are published in the cly88 sportsbook rules section.

7.5 Live (in-play) bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance caused by streaming latency. cly88 is not responsible for bets placed based on information already reflected in a live match that has not yet been updated in the platform odds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cly88 platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Colluding with other players in poker, casino games, or any other competitive format.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or the exploitation of insider information in sports betting markets.
• Laundering funds or using cly88 for any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical faults to gain an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are voidable.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cly88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Violations of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.1 All content on the cly88 platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and game assets — is the intellectual property of cly88 or its licensed partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any such content without prior written consent.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms confers on you any licence or right to use the cly88 name, logo, or branding in any manner whatsoever.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cly88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.2 cly88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect availability. cly88 will not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions where reasonable notice has been given.

10.3 cly88's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with the cly88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

11.2 cly88 processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and where required by law, regulatory compliance reporting.

12.1 cly88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All registered players have access to the following self-management tools from within their Account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion (temporary or permanent).

12.2 Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting cly88 support or activating the self-exclusion option in their Account. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours and apply across all cly88 products.
